Sydney cloud-based cybersecurity startup Plerion has raised US$10 million (A$15m) in a Seed spherical led by Prosus Ventures, a South African-owned, Netherlands-listed world shopper web investor.
The spherical was supported by US funding agency Cercano and Atlassian Ventures.
The funds can be used on accelerated product growth, expertise acquisition, and go-to-market methods.
Plerion was based in late 2021 by Cloud Conformity founder Mike Rahmati (CEO), his work colleague Paul Garner (COO), and Pierre Liddle (CTO). It’s an all-in-one cloud safety platform that helps AWS, Azure and Google Cloud workloads, goals to make use of the raised funds to hurry up product growth, add extra employees and develop go-to-market methods.
Rahmati stated closing their Seed spherical was a testomony to the power of their group and its work.
