Sometimes the things God asks us to do seem impossible. Maybe He’s asking you something right now that you’re just not sure you can accomplish. It’s way out of your comfort zone and you’re just not sure you can do it.
I’m here to tell you that you CAN!
With God ALL things are possible! You can do ANYTHING with God by your side!
With God All Things Are Possible
As I was creating a new printable design this week, it really got me thinking about all the times God came through for me when I’ve been in a pinch.
God wanted me to move. Sell my house and move to another place. As a single mom, trying to sell a house and find another place to live is a LOT to put on your plate.
Not only did I have to go through and fix all the things that needed to be done before listing (to get it in prime condition to sell), but I had to find a place to live. And that’s a whole ‘nother ball of wax in of itself!
Trying to fix the previous place, calling for bids on each and every thing that needed to be replaced. Trying to locate a moving company. Getting a new lawn care service. New utilities. Staging the house for sale. Showing it. Listing it. Keeping it perfect while it’s selling.
It was a long and tedious process. One that I wasn’t sure at all I could do, especially on my own.
But I got through it. God helped me all along the way!
I think that He brings us through things that are way out of our comfort zone, that seem hard, that seem impossible even, to SHOW us He’s there!
When we make it through, do we give God that proper praise that He so much deserves? He’s SO good to us and we ought to praise Him more for His goodness to Him (myself included!)
Thank you, Lord, for all the rich blessings that you give us.
Thank you for helping us through all the things that we go through in life. For taking extra special care of your children. For giving us a future and hope. For investing in our daily walk. For being there for us when a lot of times we don’t even realize it.
Thank you, Lord, for all that you do for us, in our lives, in our homes, with our families, with our friends and neighbors. You truly are a good and precious God and I’m so thankful you chose me, to love on me, and to be your disciple. Thank you, Lord, for loving me in a way that only you can.
As you go through your day today, think about times in your life when God has helped you through something you thought was impossible. How many times can you count that He’s done that?! Make a list. Pull it out whenever you need help remembering!
You can do it!! With God by your side, anything is possible!
