You’ll assist with inquiries related to Supplemental benefits, using your communication skills and empathy to provide helpful, accurate solutions. What We Offer:
- Pay: $16.32 per hour

What You’ll Do:
- Handle 30–40 customer calls daily
- Navigate 12–13 systems while providing effective support
- Maintain professionalism and problem-solving focus in a fast-paced environment
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering thorough and compassionate assistance
Requirements:
- High-speed internet connection
- Ability to pass a typing and customer service assessment
- High school diploma, GED, or college degree
- Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
- Availability to work weekends and flexible shifts (24/7 operation)
- Must pass a background check (education and work history verification required)
