Finnish scale-up ONEiO raises €8 million to make manual IT integrations obsolete with IntegrationOps

Helsinki’s ONEiO, an automation-first platform innovating enterprise IT integrations, has raised €8 million in a growth round to support the development of IntegrationOps as a Service alongside key hires and expansion across the U.K. and DACH regions.

The round was led by Bocap, with renewed participation from existing investor Fairpoint Capital.

For decades, integrations have been built as one-off projects: expensive, brittle, and impossible to scale,” said Juha Berghäll, CEO and Co-founder of ONEiO. “With IntegrationOps, we’ve turned integration into an ongoing capability that’s live in weeks, evolves automatically, and runs without manual work. In the AI era, this isn’t optional, it’s the only way to keep up.”

Founded in 2011, ONEiO is a Managed Integration Service Provider delivering IntegrationOps: cloud-based, automation-led integrations for enterprise IT.

Its fully managed platform replaces project-based integrations with a continuous, scalable service that reportedly eliminates bottlenecks, cuts costs, and accelerates time-to-value. By automating the delivery and management of integrations, ONEiO turns them into a productized capability that can be scaled, evolved, and operated like core infrastructure.

In an era where enterprises ship new features weekly, run multi-party service ecosystems, and face constant cost pressure, ONEiO says that legacy integration approaches are failing. The IntegrationOps model shifts integrations from slow, one-off projects to always-on infrastructure that scales, adapts, and delivers business outcomes continuously, much like DevOps transformed software delivery.

ONEiO has helped organisations automate complex integrations in IT service ecosystems, from Service Integration and Management (SIAM) to global multi-vendor environments.

Delivered as a fully managed service, ONEiO replaces custom code, middleware, and months-long delivery cycles with automation and speed. Customers connect internal systems and external partners through a ready-to-use, cloud-based platform with built-in automation, monitoring, security, and compliance.

According to the company, integrations are deployed up to 90% faster and cost up to 70% less, without sacrificing control or security.

Fast, reliable, and secure deliveries are at the core of our service value proposition,” said Nina Ahola-Virkki, Director of CGI’s ServiceNow operations in Finland. “Our customers do not want to wait months to be onboarded in our services. The integrations should run invisibly in the background as a part of each process flow. In addition, the integrations must be implemented in a timely manner and with a repeatable process even though requirements and deliveries differ.

The gap between what enterprises need and what traditional systems can deliver is widening fast.

In Germany, a survey by multinational professional services network KPMG found that over half of large enterprises are planning complete integration overhauls within the next year. And in the UK, a 2025 SAP survey reported that 80% of companies prioritize AI growth, but most remain bottlenecked by legacy infrastructure.

IntegrationOps aims to close that gap by transforming integration from a hidden operational burden into a strategic advantage that supports faster innovation and better customer experiences.

The enterprise integration market is overdue for disruption,” said Julianna Borsos, founding partner at Bocap, the leading Finnish growth PE fund. “ONEiO is not just automating a broken process. They’re redefining how enterprise IT operates. IntegrationOps is the next logical step after iPaaS. It’s faster to deploy, easier to scale, and built for the continuous change of the AI era. We believe ONEiO will define the category in the enterprise integration market.

ONEiO serves more than 100 enterprise customers, including Bayer, Volkswagen, CGI, CDW, and Agilisys.

The new capital will support the development of IntegrationOps as a Service – ONEiO’s new operating model that replaces project-based IT integrations with a continuously managed, automation-led service – alongside key hires and expansion across the U.K. and DACH regions, where enterprises face rising pressure to modernise aging infrastructure without ballooning costs.
