What are my job duties?
You will serve as a brand ambassador for Shopbop, delivering exceptional customer service via phone, email, live chat, and social media. In addition, you will assist customers with inquiries about products, orders, returns, and more. As their first point of contact, your overall responsibility is to provide outstanding service to their customers so they will have an enjoyable shopping experience.
There may be occasions where you will work with shipping contractors to assist customers with domestic and international issues.
What are their job qualifications?
They desire all candidates to exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ideally, you should be caring, compassionate, and enthusiastic to successfully handle all interactions and build a good rapport with each customer. You will need basic math ability to apply partial discounts to orders, promotional codes, complete refunds before and after discounts, and percentages to orders. It is also important that you maintain accurate records of all interactions and provide insight due to customer feedback.
You must be highly proficient in MS Office and with desktop applications, and can quickly learn how to use new websites and apps. Your home must have a space or area in your home that is free of background noise, and a wired, high-speed Internet connection.
How many hours will I be required to work?
This is a full-time, 40-hour a week work from home job. Their call center operates 7 days a week, 7 AM–9 PM CST. They are seeking individuals who have the flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime during peak periods, is required.
What kind of computer will I need?
Amazon has been known to provide you with a computer and other equipment for certain remote jobs. There is a possibility they will do so for this position, too.
