What will I do as a Remote Receptionist?

What equipment will I need in my home office?

All candidates will need a personal desktop or laptop computer with Google Chrome installed and reliable broadband internet connection.

What hours will I be required to work as a Remote Receptionist?

Smith.ai is open 24/7, 365 days a year, but they only require their receptionists to work one shift on Monday and at least 25 hours a week.  Shifts are broken up into 2-5 hour blocks, but you can pick and choose what hours work best for you.

They are prioritizing the following hours at the moment below.

• 5 am-8 pm PT
• 6 am-9 pm MT
• 7 am-10 pm CT
• 8 am-11 pm ET

How much will I earn?

Remote Receptionists who live in the US will earn $15 per hour to start with paid training and healthcare, 401K, along with medical, vision, and dental benefits if they work at least 30 hours a week.  Those who are fluent in Spanish/English will earn $16 per hour.

Please keep in mind that you must be authorized to work in the US (if you live in the US) and be willing to take and pass a background check.

If you live in Mexico, you will earn $11 per hour with paid training.
