e-Live Verification Phone Agent

Part-Time Live Verify Phone Agents play a key role in supporting customers who rent vehicles through U-Haul’s Truck Share 24/7 program. Using the U-Haul app, customers complete their rental process independently.  As a Live Verify Agent, you’ll review and verify customer information to ensure it meets U-Haul’s rental standards before approving dispatch. This role involves both inbound and outbound calls, as well as chat interactions, to gather or clarify necessary details with the customer clearly and professionally.  Pays $16 per hour.  Part-time (must be available 25 hours a week) with benefits.

Customer Service

In this role, you will handle calls and provide service and support to meet each customer’s needs.  You will get paid $14 per hour and up, depending on your location.  Every position at U-Haul, including this one, comes with 2 weeks of paid virtual training.

U-Box Sales

This position will require you to make the reservation process for customers less stressful who are seeking to reserve U-Box units.  You can work on a full or part-time basis.  The pay is $17 to $20 per hour with bonuses.

Hitch Sales

This work from home job will require agents to follow a script to facilitate efficient reservations for customers seeking to rent their hitches.  All agents must be willing to commit to working at least 40 hours a week, including some weekends.  It requires 1 year of customer service experience and basic knowledge of hitches, towing, and brake controllers.  Pays $17 to $20 per hour.

E-Roadside Assistance

You’ll be responsible for taking back to back incoming calls from those needing immediate assistance.  You will also guide customers through roadside challenges, coordinating assistance, and documenting each interaction with clear and detailed notes.  This role also includes making outbound calls to customers and service providers to ensure timely support and resolution.

Call Back Agent

Work from home, reaching out to customers who need help with U-Haul-related products and services.  You will quote rental rates to customers in a friendly, courteous manner.  This position offers a part-time schedule with weekends.  This job is ideal for students, teachers, and others who are looking to supplement their income on a part-time basis.  There is no experience required.  Virtual training is provided.

Qualifications for Work from Home Agents

All candidates interested in working from home for U-Haul must have a clear speaking voice with basic computer and keyboarding skills.  In addition, they prefer candidates with good navigation skills and those with a general knowledge of US geography.
