Quick-food workers have definitely suffered their justifiable share of poor therapy from clients, and most are informed to dwell by the code that “the shopper is at all times proper.”
However one Taco Bell worker is being praised for refusing to serve a buyer who acted up within the drive-thru.
The incident was recorded in a TikTok video that has gone viral. Within the video, we see an especially offended buyer yelling into the drive-thru speaker, seeming to be in the midst of an escalating argument. “Why do not you come out with your individual eyes and take a f***king look,” he shouts
The worker calmly responds earlier than one other worker jumps in because the offended buyer continues to scream expletives.

“Sir, frequent sense would inform you to drive up … however, hey, frequent sense is not that frequent,” the worker snaps again to him. The offended man will get angrier and angrier, solely to get shut down time and time once more. One has to guess he ultimately drove off taco-less.
Hundreds of customers took to the remark part to commend the employees on working collectively and staying calm within the face of an unhinged buyer.
“As a former drive-thru employee, I am glad her coworkers stood up for her as a result of some clients act like everybody is not a human with emotions,” one consumer wrote.
“This actually makes my coronary heart so completely happy. As a customer support employee – I am so uninterested in being disrespected like I am nothing and having to smile via,” one other stated.
Taco Bell didn’t formally touch upon the incident.
