Life is so discouraging when all you see is people doing wrong everywhere.
Misaligning everyone, thinking only of themselves, not caring about their fellow man, giving preferential treatment to some and yet casting others aside as if they are nothing.
Taking food from one godly source only to give directly to Satan, his mission, his purposes and when that’s all you see, just so many people letting you down constantly, Christians ripping Christians to shreds, bad stuff everywhere, it’s a no wonder you’ve lost your zeal and joy for life.
The world is bad and it gets darker by the day. There doesn’t seem to be a lot of hope and so many people who look like such sweet, amazing people on the outside, when tested, are more corrupt than the bad people.
No one says thank you, no one cares if you literally die for them, they’ll stab you in the back in a heartbeat. That’s how the world is. There’s no loyalty, no comradery, it’s every man for himself.
What if I’m trying to change all that?
What if every day, I work my buns off to meet YOUR needs, all while in the middle of a horrific foreclosure that looms over my body and soul?
What if there’s someone out there, eating top ramen and peanut butter and jelly sandwiches in the background just to survive because funds are yes, THAT tight, all the while, gifting my guts out to feed YOUR family?
What if there’s someone who DOES care?
What if someone out there is willing to die for you so that YOU can live?
I do it every day and I take joy in it, knowing this is God’s will for me, His purpose.
